Pilates is a systematic full-body workout that focuses on controlled breathing and spinal stabilization through the engagement of the deep core muscles – including the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles.


Regular Pilates practice improves body awareness, coordination, stability, and mobility. It can enhance posture, boost performance in daily life and sports, and contribute to long-term pain relief following therapeutic treatments.


Our Pilates classes are designed so that everyone feels comfortable. Exercises are offered in different difficulty levels, allowing each participant to choose a version that suits their needs. We emphasize proper technique, using clear verbal instructions and, when necessary, gentle tactile guidance. Classes are varied and engaging, promoting joy of movement and a positive group experience.
