BeBo Pelvic Floor Therapy
At Move Well Physiotherapy, we offer pelvic floor therapy in both individual sessions and group classes.
Targeted pelvic floor training is beneficial at every stage of life. A healthy, elastic pelvic floor has a positive impact on posture and back health, continence, sexual function, and overall body stability.
Movement, load, and training begin in everyday life—at home, at work, during sports, and in specific life phases such as pregnancy or after surgery.
A healthy pelvic floor is alert, active, and elastic, maintaining a balanced interaction between tension and relaxation.
Functional pelvic floor training is an essential part of pelvic floor therapy. The exercises are designed to relate directly to everyday activities, helping your body handle stresses like running, jogging, jumping, lifting, carrying, and even coughing or sneezing. The aim is to strengthen your pelvic floor in a safe, effective, and practical way that fits your daily life.

Training with Biofeedback & PelvicTool
At Move Well Physiotherapy, we work with modern, evidence-based technologies such as EMG biofeedback and the PelvicTool to make pelvic floor training effective, safe, and measurable.
EMG Biofeedback
EMG (electromyography) biofeedback is a non-invasive method that measures the electrical activity of the pelvic floor muscles and provides real-time visual or auditory feedback.
This helps improve muscle awareness and control in a targeted way.
Benefits of biofeedback training:
-
Improved body and muscle awareness
-
Effective treatment of urinary and fecal incontinence
-
Individually adapted training with objective progress monitoring
-
Safe, painless, and easily combined with physiotherapy
PelvicTool
The PelvicTool is a specially designed therapeutic device for treating pelvic floor dysfunctions. It is used, among others, for:
-
Urinary and fecal incontinence
-
Sexual dysfunction (e.g. erectile dysfunction)
-
Pelvic instability
-
Preventive strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles
Depending on experience and body awareness, the PelvicTool can be used independently or under professional supervision.
