Introduction to Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to stabilize, reduce, or prevent functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system in the long term. The goal is to restore natural posture and freedom of movement or — if limitations remain — to learn how to manage them safely and actively.
Your First Physiotherapy Session
During your first appointment, we take the time to gain a comprehensive understanding of your situation. Through a detailed medical history, targeted clinical tests, and a functional movement analysis, we develop a clear picture of your symptoms, physical demands, and personal goals.
Together with you, we create an individualized treatment plan that is clearly explained and precisely tailored to your needs. Every person is unique—just like every condition and every response to therapy. For this reason, we continuously adapt the treatment based on your progress.
A key focus of our work is not only relieving current symptoms but, above all, long-term prevention to help ensure that pain and functional limitations do not recur.
