Move Well Retreats are carefully developed from our practice and reflect our vision: to help people lead a healthy, active, and self-directed life in connection with nature. They focus on health, nature, movement, lifestyle, and taking leadership over your own life and well-being.
Often, these retreats take place in nature and in the mountains – my favorite place. The perfect setting to move your body, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover your true self.
